Happy PMS cream is natural progesterone in a moisturizing body cream.
John R. Lee, MD, has successfully treated female patients with natural progesterone cream for over 15 years. Dr. Lee has defined the signs of progesterone deficiency for women over 35 years of age to include swollen breasts, depression, low thyroid, fibro cystic breasts, water retention, weight gain, and loss of libido.
Jerilyn C. Pryor, MD, an endocrinology professor at the University of British Columbia, found through testing that 50 per cent of the women in North America are severely deficient in progesterone by age 35 and that, during the menopausal years, progesterone levels decrease to almost zero while estrogen levels only decrease by 40 to 60 per cent. Dr. Lee defines this syndrome as "estrogen dominance". When this hormonal imbalance occurs, the estrogen becomes toxic to the body. Treatment with natural progesterone help the restored balance between these two main female hormones, eliminating the need for synthetic hormone therapy, and the undesirable side effects.
The most effective method of restoring physiological-equivalent to normal body function- progesterone levels, is with the proper supplementation of transdermally applied natural progesterone. Happy PMS Body Cream is a technologically advanced light, greaseless, moisturizing formulation of natural progesterone in a hypoallergenic, non comedogenic (won't clog pores) aloe vera base, free of odor and fragrance.

I am truly thankful for a natural alternative to balance my hormones. So many times, if I have a medical concern, I cannot rely on any physician to help me naturally get healthy...therefore, I must be my own best advocate and find a natural remedy to help me. The Natural Progesterone Cream is my most recent remedy!! Thank you for making it available!!

I love to use perfume and hate to use products that clash with my preferred scent.
I attended a lecture by Doctor Lee who sold me on natural products. Taking synthetics is something I will NOT do. This seems to work.

Been using it for years, did not want to take estrogen, etc., not into meds prefer holistic.
natural ways, etc
I dont seem to have the problems that my friends have talked about, I probably had like 2 night sweats in my entire time of menopause
I chalk it up to my use of Happy PMS

Even though I consider 'Happy PMS' an oxymoron, it is excellent. It keeps my hormones in control and keeps me sane. I like the formulation that I can even use as a facial moisturizer, while benefiting from the progesterone. I also like being able to customize the dosage as I need.
I have been using some form of progesterone (prescription and OTC) for about 20 years. This formulation is the most convenient, with good efficacy.

I've been using Happy PMS for over a year now - probably close to two. I am very satisfied. I have tried other brands, but this one is better, so I go back to it even though I could get something at a lower price.
I began using this daily for the hot flashes, night sweats, moodiness, etc., of peri-menopause (I still have my periods). It took a while, but it worked. I feel much better.
I tried going off it to see if I really still needed it, and it only took a month to start feeling bad again. I promptly ordered several bottles. I've been on it a few weeks and I can already tell it's beginning to work. (In the beginning, it took a while longer to feel the effects, but I had never taken it.)
Anyhow, I love the easy, auto-measuring dispenser, and the smell is light - not bad. (Some other brands have a musty odor.) This cream keeps the menopause symptoms at bay, and it definitely improves my mood.
If they'd drop the price a bit, I'd give it 5 stars. :)

I have used many products from various healthfood stores and nothing compares to the Happy PMS cream. When I started having hot flashes and night sweats I tried other creams but this has been the only one that has been helpful.
