Why Saliva Testing?
Saliva testing can help identify hormone imbalances that may be causing unwanted symptoms and chronic health problems.  Our body contains 60 trillion cells that in order to carry out their function, must communicate with each other.  Their language is conducted by hormones, the chief messengers between cells.

Saliva testing is the most reliable way to measure free "bio-available" hormone activity (hormones actually doing their job at the cell level).  Most blood tests do not measure "bio-available" hormone levels.

Saliva hormones more accurately reflect tissue uptake and response of hormones delivered through the skin in creams and gells.  (Blood and urine tests underestimate hormones delivered topically.)

Saliva collection is painless-no needles.  No need for drawing blood which can cause stress that can alter test results.  No special handling is required for transportation.
