Winter 2019

Dear Friends,

The start of a new year is often a time for personal reflection…looking forward and backward, resolving, assessing, planning and praying to succeed in making lifestyle changes. To regain vitality and health we want to address the possible cause of the problem. Could it be a lurking viral, fungal, parasitic or bacterial infection, toxicity, nutrition, hormone imbalance or stress? The last one, stress, increases our susceptibility to the others and our chance of becoming ill. Therefore stress should be taken seriously.

Stress depletes the adrenal, pituitary and thyroid glands and has the capacity to compromise our immune system. It contributes to multiple health issues. We need to take the possible harmful effects seriously.

We are enclosing ideas for you to consider. Maybe you’ll come to one of our life altering workshops where you learn as you live it. I encourage you to give serious consideration to picking at least 3 new health goals for 2019.

God has given us a free will to make choices. Through changes in our thinking, our actions and our lifestyle we can promote our bodies to heal which we are awesomely designed to do!! Let us know if we can help! And remember……”A goal without a plan is just a wish.”

God’s richest blessings to you in 2019. In health,

Linda S. Zeller

Progesterone is a hormone that is a precursor to other steroid hormones and is a major contributor to the balancing of hormones for both women and men. Hormones play an integral role in a healthy immune system. Contact us to purchase Happy PMS or Adams Prostate Care .

We live in a world of toxins, chemicals and stress. We can make choices that will increase circulation of the blood and lymph fluids, oxygenation, detoxification and deep relaxation. The SOQI Bed, Chi Machine and Far Infrared Domes are great for this.

Stress

Merriam Webster online Dictionary describes stress as “physical, chemical or emotional factors that cause bodily or mental tension and may be a factor in disease causation.” Following are many different items that we use effectively to help clients with stress. Some we use continually and others we rotate.

Stress is not so much what happens to you, it’s how you respond. Long term stress wears and tears on our body which contains over 60 trillion cells that must communicate in order to carry out their function and their language is conducted by hormones. Dr. John R Lee wrote, “Hormone balance is intimately connected to stress levels, nutrition and the environmental toxins encountered.” It is vital to do a hormone saliva test to see where your hormones are. If you are currently using our progesterone creams, Happy PMS or Adams Prostate Care, it is just as important to make sure you are using the right amount as it is to use it. You always want to identify hormone imbalance as it influences stress in a big way and all areas of your health.

Ezzeac Tea is a wonderful way to help boost your immune system when it is under stress. We have four different forms of this tea, also, known as the Anishinabeg Tea, the Immune Stimulation, the Ojibwe Tea.

Some of our favorite herbs that may help when under stress include Ashwaganda, Chamomile, Dong Quai, Echinacea and Goldenseal (wonderful immune system boosters), Bach Rescue Remedy (homeopathic) and Stress Guard.

Essential oils such as Frankincense, Lavender, Lemon, Rosemary, Geranium, Lemon Grass, Cedarwood, Rose, Basil, Orange, Blue Tansy and Ylang Ylang are famous for stress and brain support.

Equalizer Plus with or without peppermint contains pregnenolone and other ingredients which are useful for adrenal health and therefore stress. The ingredients in this wonderful formula are great brain support and help to relax muscles and nerves.

The Chi Machine, SOQI bed, ERE and the E-Power have the ability to greatly calm and regulate the brain.
